If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
AVG is updated almost every day. Is there a way I can see the details
of what is in each update?

Is there a way I can see when Spybot is updated, without opening
Spybot?

I would think your best place to ask such questions about third party
products would be the manufacturer's support areas for said products. ;-)
