If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I had the same issue, there is only one solution to fix the problem go to
regedit and navigate to hklm/software/zonelabs and look for the password. I
dont use one so Icannot tell you what key it is since it is only put in when
you set the pw. If that fails they you will need to delet the data base out
of %windir%\system32\zonelabs
