This program somehow downloaded itself to my computer and refuses to be
uninstalled.

I have uninstalled it 10 times but within 15 mins it re-installs itself
again. Claims to have detected 42 threats of malicious spyware and only wants
me to buy on-line or it won't go away.

It has installed an icon (flashing) on my taskbar and a message keeps
popping up that lauches this Sptware protector every ten mins.

I want to uninstall permanently.............their help feature will not
respond. Their software is the malicious entity and I am being held hostage
till I purchase their solution.

Go to www.spywarequake.com but do not download the software. I fear you may
become trapped in the same loop I am. Please advise.

Where's David with his amazing tools, anyways to remove your problem
completely. Go to the Detailed Malware Removal page of ym website:
www.stopmalware.tk and go to the Special Malware Removal Section. Follow the
steps for SmitFraud removal and then follow the Comprehensive Malware Removal
Instructions which is also on the Detailed Malware Removal page of my
website.
