Whoever posted this .... ? The message is gone. Anywho.... Webroot
Spysweeper removed this with apparently 11-12 entrants. Did not take
even emersing to Safe Mode. It was easily removed.

Interesting follow up would be what antivirus does not detect it ?
Post bacl - what antivirus where you using and how do you know you
were infected and why did you use your antivirus to remove it.

Apparently it was detected by your antispyware program - but you
obviously elected to use your antivirus scan to remove it.

This is a new threat - couple days old. I have no clue as to how I got
it. Perhaps a bad podcast download. To late now, I delete them daily.

Always reply to your *original* thread, please.

cf. http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=26196, which I assume is your thread.

IF YOU MEAN ME - CBGERRY - I AM POSTING AT AT GOOGLE GROUPS AT THE
MICROSOFT . PUBLIC. SECURITY NEWS GROUP..... I am not a member at all
these other forums our messages are getting "hacked" to. I have seen
this before with Chris H. who I believe may have been first with some
program making the feed for windows mobile computers - or a optimized
Pocket PC Portal.

To answer - if you read my post before presuming to correct me for
somewhere I am not a member - the original post was removed and only a
header was left. I believe one of your replies was where I saw this. I
believe there is an option that a post may be automatically deleted
after 7 dfays here if you choose or actually at Outlook Express
options. I posted this forward/reply so whoever began the thread may
have stopped back and possibly get more information if they didn't get
resolution the first time.

This was a very questionable post that many times trolls or pranksters
or others will post. It is VERY obvious if the person who started this
post claims that their antivirus did not detect the pushu trojan then
how did they know they were infected you see. Many times these turn
out to be juvenile troll pranks.

If you are the forum administrator simply remove me as a member please.

This isn't a forum. There are no administrators. This is a newsgroup. You
don't become a "member". You either post or don't.
