I stopped using IE two months ago and only use Firefox. How much
should I worry about getting the MS patches?

Why should anyone answer a spammer? Use the software for which you're
spamming and find out what happens for yourself.

Given the speghetti called IE and Windows, this is a valid question.
Windows uses a lot of the IE support files for its own display purposes, so
IE bugs can indeed impact Windows even when using a different browsers.

Keep both updated.

Its the same old thing. If it is on your computer you keep it up to date,
*especially* core files like IE.

If it is installed on your computer, keep it updated.
Do not assume if it is not in use, vulnerabilities are irrelevant.

Be sure you keep Firefox up to date.
