If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
What is this file and can anyone tell me more. I found it doing a hard
drive check. My computer is very very slow to boot up and keeps
crashing winXP home sp2 ed. Microsoft have been unable to help.

That file apparently belongs to Windows OneCare Live. I found that from
Googling it.

It seems unlikely that this is causing your problem alone, but you could
try and disable it (offline of course) and see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, we'd need to know a lot more about your computer to help you.
