Sorry, no free email support. Both David Lipman and I have given you
instructions how to clean your machine. Follow the instructions or
re-read the standard caveat I already gave you:

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA). Please be aware that not all local shops are skilled at
removing malware and even if they are, your computer may be so infested
that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all your data backed
up before you take the machine into a shop.

i exprienced the same calamity!! all my memorial pics are deleted and
no file recovery program works!! other folders are hidden and an
executable counterpart is created for each!! last update of McAfee
worked but still no pic for me:((( the hidden folders cant be changed
to un-hidden. urgent help needed for my photos...plzzzzz
