Some more information is needed, but so far, nothing indicates the presence
of malware.
While you come up with some more information that you think might help the
diagnosis, why not use 'msconfig' selections to find the item that seems to
cause the problem?

How would you suggest I use the msconfig without rebooting the computer
several times. I have tried the diagnostic start up and it is ok. Then added
just the microsoft programs and it happens again.

Well you do have to reboot the computer; and more than just a couple of
times. That is one of the techniques of differential diagnosis. In that
way, since the problem does not appear with only the bear essentials loaded,
and DOES appear with everything loaded, you can identify the module causing
the problem. Use a binary search to reduce the number of reboots (reboot
with just half of the modules checked - if no problem appears, try with just
the other half; when the problem appears, divide the modules loaded in
half - repeat until you identify the problem module.)

The above procedure may not identify the problem, so you should try the
other suggestions. BUT, someone has to do the work, and you have the
computer. On the other hand, you could take it into a good computer repair
shop.
