Your computer is slow because it is infected with a trojan:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/NORDSYS.EXE-16550.html

Here are general malware removal steps:

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus AVG Anti-Spyware
(formerly Ewido - http://www.ewido.net/en/) and follow instructions to do
all scans in Safe Mode.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional computer repair
shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA). The only alternative to going
through the malware removal tediously and systematically, probably with
online help from an HJT forum, and taking the machine to a real
professional is to back up your data and do a clean install of Windows.
It's your call. Please be aware that not all local shops are skilled at
removing malware and even if they are, your computer may be so infested
that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all your data backed up
before you take the machine into a shop.

Hello Willy .
I would suggest you first to open Internet Explorer , open
http://www.virustotal.com and upload the suspected file . Virus Total is a
free service powered by Hispasec which provides you AV scan results . Lots of
repurable antivirus/antimalware softwares scans the suspected file with the
latest definitions and you will get the result . If a program doesn't detect
the particular file as a threat , by default Virus Total will send a copy to
the particula vendor . By uploading this file to Virus Total you'll help all
the users all over the world because some companies might not detect that
sample and after you upload it , lots will have it and will be protected
against future attacks .
Thanks!

Please , post again if you need more assistance ! :)

(snippage)

Not necessary. This is a well-known trojan as a quick Google search will
show. VirusTotal is wonderful, but there is no need to take their time for
something that has already been identified.

Most people nowadays have updated antivirus software installed on their
machines . Although I can only assume I am sure the OP is one of them .

No matter that this may be a well-known trojan , it is obvious that the OP's
antivirus doesn't detect/handle it . Virus Total includes a number of
reputable vendors and if the OP's products is updated and still not detecting
the trojan the OP's av vendor will definitely want this sample . VT will be
able to give it to them .

I still insist on this part to be performed prior to your good malware
removal instructions , Malke .

Regards!
