In my office,

virus called my gift.exe is spreading.
it can't be killed.

it is appeared at startup. so turn it off by msconfig.

but i m sure it is still resident.

its shape has three shapes, when it is auto-run, it is like a shape of
mushroom, or bees or something like that.
big picture appear on the destkop.

but when i double click on it, it is auto close.

once it is infected, i found that when i right click on recycle bin, i found
extra annoyan contect menu items
they are

"let me be with it"
"have fun"

so i never click on it.

what should i do??

I searched norton sites , that says they don't know that virus and they has
descripted another email virus called
"my gift to you".

help me with removal tools or manual removal instruction.

most antivirus can't detect it.

HELPPPPPPPPPPPP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

you just give me the info:

that metions giflt.exe is a virus or backdoor or something like that.
some recommand spysweeper

how can i install spysweeper on virus infected notebook??
I don't wanna remove HDD from it and attach with another secure pc with the
software they recommand.

So, now What i need is only the manual removal procedure.
or removal tool which is not requried to be installed.

thanks anyway for your try .
But it still doesn't work.

with regards.

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus AVG Anti-Spyware
(formerly Ewido - http://www.ewido.net/en/) and follow instructions to
do all scans in Safe Mode. Since you have a networked computer, you
should take down the network and perform malware scanning on all the
office machines. Do not bring the network up again until you are sure
that all machines are completely clean.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - have a local computer
professional come on-site and fix your office's computers. This will not
be someone from BigStoreUSA.
