these few recent days AOL sold me a free McAffe Firewall. ever since my
computer has crashed..i have Microsoft Antispyware Beta1. When ever i want to
open it, a pop-up says that there is a critical error(101) and it wants me to
restart my computer, which i already did,and it also says to go to Add/Remove
Programs and delete Microsoft Antispyware and reinstall an updated version. I
did all of that, and the same pop-up notification popped up. I don't get why
this keeps on happening..please have a person call. This problem all started
because of AOL told us to install free firewall. I installed it and ever
since everything goes wrong.

AOL haven't a clue! 'Sigh' I used to work for them. Remove the
firewall and see if this rectifies the problem although it doesn't
sound like it will.

If you are running Windows XP then roll back to before you installed
the firewall using system restore function.

I would refer you to the vendor but since I know it's AOL I will save
you the rediculous phone support queuing time and well below average
support folks they employ. No offense to those employed by AOL - their
slack traning program doesn't help much.
