If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
with msn you can download this virus protection and its works. but when i
shut down my computer and start it up again one or two days later, I have to
reinstall the program for it to work again. why is it doing that

Perhaps you have malware on your computer that is breaking McAfee. Make sure
the box is clean:

Agreed... You can for example try to check your computer for viruses via
http://housecall.antivirus.com. Also, make sure McAfee has the latest
updates installed, and you have all the latest Microsoft patches installed,
by checking http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
