If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
an't restore them i down loaded beta spyware remover and had alot of music
files on my computer it quantine them and now i can't restore them . i
contact microsoft they told me i could get a hand here please help!!!

I'm sorry but what you wrote is very difficult to understand. :-(

Please take the time to clearly and precisely state your problem and what you
have done to
resolve it.
