If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options please try this:
netsh firewall reset
LAST SCENARIO
go to start>run and type
rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132
%windir%\inf\netrass.inf
Restart the PC and go to
Services.msc
It will open up Services console
locate in the right details pane
Security Center
verify is the status and startup type
please start it and have it automatic
then
Windows Firewall / ICS then double click
verify is the status and startup type
please start it and have it automatic
