Dave:
I went into NAV "reports" screen on my pc and found the following:
"Default Block Bla Trojan horse" blocked.
I then went to Symantec site and read about this menace. My system doesn't
exhibit any of the symptoms and is running perfectly fine. All patches and
updates to all my software has been done.
Apparently NAV has prevented the intrusion. There is a list of 10 attempts
or so over the last 6 months, but not on any regular basis, but it also
gives the DNS numbers of where the attempts are coming from. The times the
attempts take place are all when I log in to my ISP early in the morning.
Those reports certainly make interesting reading. I am just surprised that
this occurs before I even open the browser.
