If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options I second mr.Urban's words.
Both programs has antispyware protection.
What you really need is a firewall and antivirus in real-time and updates.
And about the antispyware with real time ,it depends on you , on your online
activities.If you always practise "Safe Hex" you may not use real-time
antispyware but only Ad-Aware SE or SpyBot S&D to have second opinion on your
spyware/non-viral status.
