Hi ... Norton try to correct it but couldn't , So Norton mention steps to
take , Thats when the looping started when she try to follow the instruction
on norton site , said something about going into safe mode and turn off
system restore , Well when she try to restart in safe mode that when the
continues looping started ... So back to my question couldn't she boot
windows with the disc in the cd rom and try to clean her system ?
