I am running Windows XP with Norton AntiVirus. I found out that someone
EXCLUDED the virus (UnSpyPC) so now Norton will not locate the infection and
delete it. I looked up info on how to get rid of it manually but I don't
want to be messing around with the registry keys and screwing up my pc any
more.

I really need someone to help me.

Thanks for responding.

I checked out your site and it might as well be written in Chinese cuz I
still don't understand what to do. I am not as computer savvy as most
others.

I am leery about messing around with files since I screwed up a computer
that I had before when I tried to 'fix' it. I was kinda hoping that I could
find someone to remotely assist me if at all possible.

I have tried to make them as clear as possible.Sorry.

Follow them carefully and systematically
or
take your computer to a reputable professional computer store and ask IT
specialists for help and assistance but it is really impossible to clean an
infected machine remotely,really! ;-)
