I have a trojan that Norton Anti-Virus sees but cannot do anyting abouit. It
has identified it as being in the file C:\WINDOWS\jaaste.dll

I cannot get rid of this file. I cannot delete this file. Anyone run into
this trojan before? If so, how can I get rid of it?

I did a Google for "jaaste.dll" and got links referring to the
Aurora-Nail malware. This .dll might not be part of that particular
pest (or it might), but this means that your computer is infested with
malware. NAV can't handle this. Go through the general malware removal
steps listed here:

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

It is crucial that you do all scans in Safe Mode with updated tools. You
will probably need to go as far as to run HijackThis and post your log
to *one* of the forums listed in the above link. Please do not post HJT
logs here. Make sure you read all posting FAQ's at whatever forum you
choose.
