My scan has noticed that my computer has

Tracking Cookie

Programme which cannot be removed.

Is it harmful or leave it please?

Since we don't know the details of your tracking cookie, no one can give
you a definitive answer. Usually tracking cookies are not terrible but
you don't want to keep them.
