If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is anyone else getting error message "LU1834 LiveUpdate could not find an
update file on the server. Please run LiveUpdate again." This has only just
(last few days) started to appear - although rather spasmodically.

No, I'm not getting this because I wouldn't allow a Symantec product on
any of my Windows machines and don't suggest them to my clients.
