Thanks Panda. I will try tonight as per your suggest.
Last night, while I'm trying to turning on my PC, it was suddenly stop
before all the icons are completely appeared on the screen. Only one bar with
black back ground is blinking. I waited and see 10 minutes, it still the
same, so I reset my PC.
And the below appears.
Microsoft Windows
The system has recovered from a serious error.
A log of this error has been created.
Please tell microsoft about this problem.
Error report contents.
The following files will be included in this error report.
C:\DOCUM~1\Owner\Locals~1\Temp\WER7de3.dir00\Mini031306-01.dmp
C:\DOCUM~1\Owner\Locals~1\Temp\WER7de3.dir00\sysdata.xml
I closed this message and go to control panel/ add or remove
I removed norton personnel fire wall 2003 version and norton anti-virus
2004, which were preloaded at the time I bought this Computer. Because, I
think those are out of date may be not working well.
For AV, I got good AV from this group expert.
But for firewall, I tried to open window firewall by double clicking at
control panel.
But I can not open it.
The message says,
Windowfirewall is turned off your Network administrator to control these
setting.
Please tell me how to open this window firewall.
Thank you.
