If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Spybot reports all attempts to change the registry. It even reports it'self
when it makes changes after a scan. Basically if you have done nothing and
then the message suddenly appears I would not allow it, however if you have
instigated something, e.g. installing a programme and you get the warning
then allow it
