That's fine and generous of you, Milo. Don't forget to have the OP send
you logs on all the workstations on her network as well as from the
server. That's the only way to tell what is really happening on her
network. If you clean up one machine (or find that her machine is clean)
but don't address the other networked ones, you will in all probability
not solve the problem.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
thats alright sir we need the log to identify what are the services his
server is using and not at all - if its running on the entire domain / site
the logs will identify it on LSP patterns. In a sense if we cant help
directly atleast we can lead him on the right direction.
