You have a hardware problem.
This is an antivirus newsgroup.
A lot more information from you would be necessary to even begin to offer
suggestions, and this is not the best place to post that information.
At any rate, if you don't have up-to-date antivirus protection installed on
your system, you very likely DO have virus infections, but it is unlikely
that is the cause of your black screen.
What you haven't supplied is a VERY long list of information, including
type of computer (desktop or laptop)
operating system
monitor type
what happens when you turn the system on (do fans spin up, do any light come
on, etc.)
.
.
.
You will need to perform some diagnostic tests and supply that information.
Judging from your post, your best bet is to take the system in to a
reputable computer service center (or, if in warranty, contact the
manufacturer first.)

Did this occur right after you downloaded the new Microsoft Malicious
Software Remover update? If so, be patient -- after about ten minutes,
the welcome screen will come up. Then your desktop background will
appear, but it will be at least another five to ten minutes before the
system is fully started up.
I don't know what the problem is -- that's why I'm here -- but ever
since I installed that update, I'm having the same problem.
Good luck,
m
