Hello,

Can anyone tell me if MS's OneCare suite is Enterprise ready? I'm looking
to renew the global AV software for my company and am interested in a MS
solution. If anyone could help I'd extremely grateful.

Many Thanks,
Orb.

I can only tell you that I would never use OneCare for an antivirus
solution on any machine, home or corporate. It has a very low catch
rate. Go with something proven like the corporate version of Trend
Micro. I also like F-Prot's new corporate antivirus.

Yes and no. Microsoft may say it is but since its catch rate is so low, as a
Enterprise
anti virus solution it should be avai\oinded at all costs.

Microsoft's so-called anti virus solutions or sp bad, they are no solution and
can actually
be a problem yielding a false sense of security.

I suggest the McAfee Enterpise software.

If the OneCare version that I just got is any example of things to come from
MS in the AV department, forget it.
I just bought it. (I was mainly interested in the other stuff that was in
the software). And I can not get it to activate. I did what it told me to
do, then it asked for a PIN. THERE WAS NO PIN. It was crazy. And I have
tried to find out a way to talk to someone to get it, and there is nothing.
Thats one of the bad things with MS. Some of the software is great, but if
you need to talk with anyone, you are out of luck.
