If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
We have all read about how important it is to have the current Windows
Updates installed like critical ones. But what about Office Updates and
security. Could not having Office Updates installed compromise a computer
using the Internet and WWW?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Not only Office applications can be compromised if not up-to-date but also
all other softwares.

You really should keep ALL your softwares (and the Windows ,of course)
current/updated.

You need updates for all your software that issues security updates.
That is one reason Microsoft created Microsoft Update which updates
Microsoft Office XP and later as well as other Microsoft products.

There are 2 Update Windows and Microsoft Update Any and all that is critical
is for the safe keeping of you PC and computing way of life please update
them.
