Wich one have better security consol or comand ?
And why we must register our microsoft windows ?

The operating system you use should be the one that will meet your
needs. Only you know your needs. There is no reason to limit yourself
to only one operating system, either. You need to activate - not
register - Windows because those are the rules for using Windows. End
of story. If you don't like it, don't use it.

I would suggest that you try different operating systems and decide for
yourself since no one can know your needs and abilities except you. If
you post this question in one of the Linux newsgroups, you'll get the
same answer (but probably not as politely, so be warned).
