AntiVir , Avira ,Fortiner , Panda , The Hacker only detect this nasty hack
tool.
I also sent a copy to Kaspersky at newvirus@kaspersky.com but they still
haven't made definitions.
I send the file again to Panda Labs and they said it isn't false positive.
Any comments ?When the others are going to make definitions ?

Chances are is is NOT malware. What it probably is is a utility that can be used
maliciously but is not malicious in itself.

Hi David !

Yes , it is tool that can do just a little harm but can be used maliciously .

I submitted this file to some companies but most (like Kaspersky) said that
they do not want to add detection for this tools .I find it for stupid but
this is their decision.
