It doesn't matter. It is NOT worth buying!

There are *MUCH BETTER* anti virus products in the industry such as Kapsersky
and NOD32.

Thanks David
But the latest reports says actually that OneCare is a "winner".
However, it is not only AV that I need, but also better backup etc. than
Backup center can offer me (running Vista).
Also for academic reasons I would like to know why MS do not sell certain
products in certain countries, do these products break some law in the
countries in question or what ?

No, it is a loser. It has one of the worst catch rates in the anti virus
industry.
Don't confuse "hype" for facts.

There are bettaer backup applications as well. If you install OnbeCare for the
backup it's
anti virus module will exclude a better anti virus application.

It would be *better* to obtain a backup package from one vendor (Example:
Veritas/Symantec)
and an anti virus package from another vendor (Kasperski, Nod32, Avira,
BitDefender, etc.)
than use OneCare.

As for what counties OneCare can NOT be sold in, I don't know but it could be
based upon US
Export Laws.

David is right. One Care is junk. If you need a backup solution, Google
for "Cobian". Free and non proprietary.
