There is no way for us to tell you because you haven't provided any
information about your computer.

To check for viruses and malware, see the procedures here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Sudden shutdowns can also be caused by failing hardware. See general
hardware troubleshooting steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Hardware_Troubleshooting

If you need more help, refer to this link which will explain what
details to include in a newsgroup post:

Not very likely. Have you checked to ensure that all of your cooling
fans are working properly?

Thanks.
I call the PC maker, SOTEC, today and asked the possibility of the over
heating caused by cooling disfunction. However, to check it I have to look
into the inside so opening the cover of course yet, the customer support
refused to tell me how to open and check the cooling fan and said that "it's
not the work of user itself so please bring the note to nearest station and
pay to the professional for the service!" . What's a cooooool service, isn't
it?

The only type of computer that the end user/consumer shouldn't open is
a notebook computer. Is this what you have? (Your original post said
"PC," so I presumed that was what you had.) If you do indeed have a
notebook computer, as this response implies, you most definitely should
take it to a professional, especially if you cannot readily tell if the
cooling fans are working and the airways are unrestricted.
