It sure looks like it. This was recently discussed in
another thread.
I have looked all around the main kaspersky web site, but the
best I could find is labeled "free trial," which doesn't sound
like free ware to me. That's commericial ware, so to advertise
it here is against the charter, because it is commerical spam.
It has to be free ware, or I do not list it, as you can see
on my short list below.
I only list links to programs that are completely free of
charge, or include free ware versions, like the link to "AVG," and
"superantispyware," which programs come in more than one version,
including free ware, but also including options to download trial
ware, or to purchase commercial ware versions. That's fine, but
if they ever stop including the free ware version of their fine
programs, then that link will get deleted off the list.
As for AOL's so called "free" version of Kaspersky, "AOL" is
notorious for ad ware and such, and they are a third party. I
would never include any links to "AOL," not under any
circumstances, not even if the most trusted experts on the
subject say that it's ok. I do not trust "AOL." I would not
touch anything they have touched with a ten foot cattle prod.
"AOL" associated with anything is the kiss of death.

Yes , may be it is useless to discuss it ... but ; I mean the way of posting
, I don't think it is a commercial SPAM because the point here is not to
advertise and I am sure that such a post will not make ANYBODY buy Kaspersky
nor it will make KAV users more proud of their product . This post is just
aimless , like teenage hackers who hack to be cool , to do something ... like
a recent hacker who hacked famous BG site just to insert his photo in the
main page and nothing else ...
Anyway , your list is fine :-)
