My computer keep getting explore crash and then it ask me if i want to report
the problem to Microsoft. After I did my screen disappear and reappear. I
read on the report that I have a virus. So I downloaded the Malicious Virus
Removal something like that on the Microsoft's website and the problem is
that it say all the files are not infected. So I downloaded about 4 antivirus
softwares and trojan remover but none of them can scan for Purstiu Virus.

I set my ZoneAlarm to all High and when I try to open a movie with a player
the problem still occured so what do I do.

Your post is a bit confusing. You said "read on the report that I have a
virus" - what report? What is the exact error message?

Do you have a full-featured antivirus installed, version not earlier
than 2004 and using updated definitions?

What antivirus/antimalware programs did you run? Did you do all your
scans in Safe Mode?

Please post back with more details for specific help.

How do you know you have a virus ? What software detected this ? What is the
fuilly
qualified path and file that was indicated to have it ?

I couln't find a virus called "Purstiu" and the MS Malicious File removal tool
has a very
limted target list. "Purstiu" is not in that list.
