If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Well if your done trying other people's solutions, I have one that almost
always works go and make a Bart's PE boot disc. This is basically Windows
booted off an a CD. With this you can access any files on your computer
without having to worry about if they are in use (because none of your
windows system files or programs are running off the HDD). Once you know the
name of the files just simply delete them.

Note: You have to make your own disc, which can be time consuming but you
can put your own utilities (such as Norton and run them from there, they
don't have a porblem removing files then!) and a Bart's PE disc is ALWAYS
useful to have around.
