Just ran it. There's perhaps a timing issue between the download of the =
tool, and when it actually begins to run.

However, It does show a "Scan Results" window with a message on results.
"No malicious software was detected". There's a clickable line for =
"View detailed results of the scan".

Clicking that pops up a window with the scan results for each of the =
malware that the tool searches for.

Hello BB (Richard),

You stated "2) It does not offer the Step-By-Step approach that is shown =
in the online help, is there a switch? I am missing something?"

There are no switches that I noticed for the Guided Help. I'm going to =
run it again and recheck the results info.

FYI - not every topic offers both choices. Some topics don't really
make sense to have as "show me" or "do it" and it's up to the topic
author to select which ones make sense. It may be that you are using
one of these topics. There is not a switch to override this and enable
more choices here.

Thanks,

Hi BB

I have been using this little tool since first offered.
It is so easy to use - do a short search or a long one while you make a
coffee and have a shower.
BUT I have yet to be able to add the Guided Help since the offer.
I updated three days ago to the latest and tried the Guided Help download
but still being told that the O.S. being used
{I have XP SP2 Home} is not supported by Guided Help.
I have wondered though, could this be because I run XP with UK
English ;-) ;-) and this help only runs on USA English versions of XP???????

Antioch:

There appears to be only one English version ( as one would expect).
I wonder if you accepted the EULA, were able to download and save, and =
then if you ran 890830.exe?
What was the exact message given?
