Does anyone know how to get rid of a trojan called "Downloader AQ".

Try with Ewido,

Look for the broom Clean up, also Tune Up..

Ewido has been replaced by AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5.

Grisoft bought Ewido.

The Ewido software has been re-branded as AVG Anti-Spyware v7.5.
