If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options A "Mirror" is just an alternative website you can download the same software
from, it is something they use to spread the load on their servers.
Often they give a choice of locations so just pick the one closest to you,
although it will not matter if you get it wrong unless they have (say)
different language versions.
