If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
The thing is that windows, when it powers on, reads files from many places
not just the windows tree. Much of what you are seeing I have seen with
other tools, if it annoys you or slows down your boot time then try to
disable 'on access scanning'.
