Dear all,
In my desktop, I see there is an image that I can't remove it.
Although I remove the wallpaper, the image is still there.
Is it a virus ?
Thanks.

Please be MORE specific.
This may just be "Active Desktop".

As David Lipman said, you haven't provided enough information to get a
focused answer. Yes, it could be malware. But it could also just be
that you have Active Desktop enabled. Since you also didn't say
anything about the image, I can't guess.
First check if this is a simple Active Desktop problem by going to the
Display applet in Control Panel. Look on the Desktop tab. Click on
Customize Desktop, and then click on the Web tab. You will see that
there are checkmarks next to "My Current Home Page" and probably "Lock
Desktop Items". Uncheck these, Apply/OK out. If this solves it, great.
If this does not solve it, then you probably have a variant of the
Smitfraud trojan. Go through the preparatory steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware
Then do the specific removal steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Smitfraud_Trojan
Finish up with the rest of the general malware scanning from the first
link.
If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

No. This just turned out to be Active Desktop in action. If it was a SmitFraud
Family
infection, the OP would have indicated a Pop-Up, a tray icon or windows
background indicated
that the were infected.
