Hello everybody!!!
I have genuine Windows XP SP 2 Home Edition.
I use Windows Firewall with checked Don't allow exception
I have also downloaded All critical updates and also all Optional updates
from
Windows Update.
Have SpyBot S&D ,Ad-aware SE and Microsoft Antispyware Beta.
My antivirus program is Panda Titanium 2005 (I don't use Panda's
firewall,it is disabled,because I was told I don't need to use 2 firewalls)
They are all updated and i've checked all settings for ON.
My internet security levev is set to Medium.

Recently while I was browsing with Internet Explorer , my Panda poped-up and
reported I have Adware CWS/Home Search and it is in Windows Registy.
(I think CoolWWWSearc/HomeSearch )

Then I scanned with its on demand scanner and it told me it is disinfected.
SpyBot S&D , Ad-aware and Microsoft Antispyware FINDS NOTHING.
I scanned many times ,both in Normal and in Safe Mode.
Panda found it many times but whenever I restart it appears again.

First I thought Panda is wrong, but then I found that my home page is
changed to www.google.com everytime I reboot my PC.Later MS Antispyware
started poping up that something tries to change my home page.I reply Block.
Also some other settings are changed everytime I restart.
My internet connection is slowed down.
I checked and also unchecked Turn off system restore and also started Disc
clean up.

Please help me.I do not know what to do.(the only thing I do not want to do
is loading Hijack this because I have heard it is complicated and i need to
post my report somewhere for analyze)
Please help !!!!!!!!If I need to modify the Win Registry ,tell what do I
need to do to modify it manually.
Please answer in details!!!!!!!Please help removing this spy

Footnote regarding firewalls. While Windows FW is good it only protects
inbound, not if an infection tries to access outbound. It's advisable to
use a software firewall rather than WF. (Provided it's a good one, never
tried Panda).
