free? Is the information in the link which is posted in the ASAP forums that
are supported by many of Microsoft's MVP's still current and valid?

Thank you. I called the number but they were unavailable to help me. The
department was closed for the day. A friend told me that I would be able to
fix or reinstall the missing files in this way so I did. Was that ok? Here's
the newest log:
