If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options It is more than obvious that Norton is blocking the attack.You probably
connect via public network which is quite unsecure.Make sure Norton is always
up-to-date because ^Norton's power^ is in its definitions....
As Mr.Bugbruva told you may scan your computer with the free online scanners
that belongs to other companies.They are all better than Norton so you may
just scan ,it is FREE.

Microsoft has made special software which is antispyware tool .It is free

it then.Also it is still in Beta ,it is stable and very good in real-time
