If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Hi Everybody,
IPs like AOL and Virus Applications like Norton claim to check email and
other downloads for virus infections.
1. Does that virus check also include attachments to the posts in a News
Group.
2. Are there any other kind of downloads which may go unchecked.

I would think... most people know better than to OPEN attachments from
people they don't know in Usenet Newsgroups.
