First try System Restore in Windows XP /Me
(More info about 'System Restore' in XP's Help and Support Center)
Win XP
Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore and
restore you computer to a state 3 days before the problem started.
If you don't remember doing starnge things , touching something you
shouldn't , you can also have malware .Check for any kind using Panda's free
