If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Fortunately as a last ditch effort I had a stroke of luck and worked with the
Microsoft Virus team ( Whew! 4 hours on the phone) to bring my system back to
working condition. I still have those naggy tmp files (nearing 30,000), but
the pop ups have stopped and no more error messages.
For some reason, with the time lost with this, I don't feel as relieved as I
probably should.
Nonetheless, thanks to all who offered their wisdom in my time of need...
