Hello,

I have been trying to remove this Trojan with no success. I have followed
the scanning and manual deletion instructions posted on Symantec with no
success. I've deleted the dll's the exe's and the windows registry entry and
it keeps coming back. The only thing I can think of is that symantec
mentions in its instructions 2 exe's that the virus creates that I have never
been able to find (wtmp.exe and sccmgr.exe) I have searched and searched
(even hidden files) and nothing. Does anyone have an idea??

Please download, install and update the following software...

Ad-aware SE v1.06
http://www.lavasoft.de/
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

SpyBot Search and Destroy v1.4
http://security.kolla.de/

After the software is updated, I suggest scanning the system in Safe Mode.

I also suggest downloading, installing and updating BHODemon for any Browser
Helper Objects
that may be on the PC.
