If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Can the BIOS clock be tested without turning on the machine? I'm
talking about run of the mill PCs.

I suppose you could put probes on the oscillator which drives the clock,
although those probes could well alter the rate of the oscillator if you
were not careful Perhaps if you told us what you really wanted to do, we
could be of more help
