Hi,

If this is the wrong group could someone point me in the right direction
please.

win 2k pro, SP4 plus all the patches - latest were downloaded yesterday.

Athlon 1GHz, 512 Mb ram, 50 GB free disc space.

zonealarm 5.5.094

I tried to copy a file from

C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files

and a box came up saying

your current security settings prohibit copying or moving files from
this zone.

I don't think this has ever happened before!!

Where can I change the setting, just for a few minutes to copy the file
I want.
