If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I am on a search for information about registry keys used by various
scanners such as McAfee and Norton antivirus. I want to check for
their being installed, operating, configured correctly, and that they
were recently used and the scan came up clean. Experimentation and
many hours of web searches has turned up some values for some products.
I need more info than I have even for the products I have access to.
I also need to create a general program that scans for these things so
I need information on many product versions, for instance not just
McAfee 7.0 Enterprise I need the same information for 8,9 and home
editions.
If anyone knows a place where information of this type has been
collected and documented I would much appreciate knowing where it is.
