If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
i am in intranet with my clients, one of my client without knowing he
himself tookoff the permissions of folder and now nobody is able to get
the access of that folder. how can we change the permissions whitout
going to his system?

Get the user "root" (linux) or "Administrator" (windows) to replace
those permissions (remotely?).
